Ex-national deputy in Italy and secretary to parliamentary groups. Author and researcher specialized in the study of the 'Ndrangheta (Calabrian mafia). Commissioner and consultant to the Italian Anti-Mafia Parliamentary Commission. Lecturer and professor at various Italian universities (Rome, Bologna, Florence).

Professor of economics at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. He is also an eminent member of the academic community in the field of economics, with an international reputation and numerous publications to his name.

Prof. Dr. Giancarlo Caselli
Presently Prosecutor of Turin (Italy). He was the Public Prosecutor of Palermo for 8 years, in particular after the attacks against the judges Falcone and Borsellino (1992). He is author of numerous articles about Italian and international organized crime and, as a leading member of the present EUROJUST network, very active in the development of legislation and procedural tools in the fight against transnational criminal structures.
