| TSI™ Credits | The operator or establishment may download TSI™ software free of charge. Depending on the version chosen, one TSI™ credit is offered free of charge, thus allowing to get familiar with the software. In order to activate or input additional transactions or profiles, TSI™ credits must be purchased with one of the companies of the Inside.CO group. “One” credit is necessary to calculate “one” TSI™. TSI™ credits may be purchased via Internet using a credit card by packages of 10, 100, 500 or 1000 units.
All TSI™ versions allow the choice between simple and grouped TSI™. The number of credits used depends only on the number of open TSI™s. Thus, a grouped TSI™ with 4 transactions will use 4 credits and each simple TSI™ one credit a time. |

Updates are carried-out by the administrator, who will be able to download and install the latest updated TSI™ version. The number of remaining credits will be automatically taken up in the update.
Warning: Inside.CO ensures the compatibility of the versions, as well as the coherence of the simple TSI™s for all updates. Please also refer to simple versus grouped TSI™. For technical reasons, the compatibility of grouped TSI™s cannot be ensured if the structure of questions has been substantially modified. In the event of a critical situation, there are grounds to install TSI™ in a new directory or to contact support@insideco.org. |

| What does TSI™ do? | TSI™ distinguishes a profile as well as a transaction related to the profile for each specific activity. Based on answers given, TSI™ analyses them, assisted by tables and complex combinations, and calculates associated risks by means of a series of indicators. TSI™ calculates one or several indices of risk and reports the calculated risk for each critical indicator in a visual manner. The establishment or the person may, based on these indications, either go ahead, or correct and analyse the critical points, or stop this transaction and take imperative measures. |

| What does TSI™ not do? | TSI™ does not supply any indication about economic results that may be counted on for a commercial transaction!

| What to do if the TSI™ software generates unsatisfactory indicators? |
- You use TSI™ for a transaction and if you notice that a level of risk is too high in general or regarding a particular and critical question, your choices are the following:
- interrupt the business relationship
- establish a documented and/or audited TSI™
- if the result is insufficient, have a more meticulous analyses conducted.
- If you choose to have a more meticulous analysis conducted, Inside.CO Services (sales@insideco.net) proposes to conduct an investigation Experts' Advice (simple case) or Look-up (more complex case)
- You may afterwards complete a documented TSI™ with the detailed material evidence supplied.
